Solar Energy Analyst / Admin
Full Time | $20.00 - $22.00 an hour
Full-time position requiring a skilled technical analyst to perform Administration, Solar PV modeling calculations and initial design in support of ECG Solar™, LLC Sales Team. We will provide on the job training, experience desired but not required.
The SEA will: coordinate with customers and sub-contractors, support office staff and field members, complete all requirements to fully support sales and ensure probability of closing of sale while proficiently communicating and updating project status with operations management staff.
Solar Energy Master Electrician/Project Manager
Full Time | $65k - 85k
The Solar Electrician will be responsible for directly overseeing photovoltaic system installation from beginning to end. Must have Master class A or B license in Iowa to pull permits. In this position, the Solar Electrician will: coordinate with customers and sub-contractors, supervise crew members, install all photovoltaic system components and electrical equipment including upgrading and new services, installing battery and generator systems, fill out all system documentation and permits, and ensure successful operation of complete photovoltaic system, while proficiently communicating and updating project status with operations management staff

Full Time | $18-25 an hour
The Level 1 Solar Installer will be responsible for installing photovoltaic system installation from beginning to end. In this position, the Installer will: coordinate with customers and supervisor, install all photovoltaic system components and electrical equipment, fill out all system documentation and procedures, and ensure successful operation of complete photovoltaic system, while proficiently communicating and updating project status with operations management staff.
Lead Solar Energy Field Tech/Installer (NABCEP)
Full Time | $25-28 an hour
The Lead PV Installer will be responsible for directly overseeing photovoltaic system installation from beginning to end. In this position, the Lead PV Installer will: coordinate with customers and sub-contractors, supervise and train site crew members, install all photovoltaic system components and electrical equipment, fill out all system documentation, and ensure successful operation of complete photovoltaic system, while proficiently communicating and updating project status with operations management staff.
Appointment Setter / Canvasser
Full Time | $40,000-60,000 per year
